CorteBianca took part in the Glad Mat culinary festival in the frame of the Stavanger port. The renown festival presents the new trends in Norway cuisine, while the attendees taste, eat, and have fun.
Two the main stops, organized with our partner Terroir Wines: CorteBianca - with its Franciacorta wines -  is in the small and posh island of Brimse, taking part to a homage to the genius Ingrid Espelid Hovig, the most famous chef of Norway, who celebrated her 90s birthday with a book of…90 recipes! At the same time in the Stavanger port where the feast is going on and on, CorteBianca is in the Tango restaurant – the coolest in town, stage of the creative cuisine of  Kjartans Skjelde, emerging chef and judge of the Norway edition of MasterChef. Here CorteBianca is served throughout the entire dinner to match the dishes based on the fish, herbs and flowers of the cold northern seas.
