It may sounds unusual and even a bit risky, yet since Mr.Veronelli onward may wine specialists have been teased by the concept of pairing wine with the quintessential Italian dish - pizza. On November 19th, at the Enologica event in Faenza, our CorteBianca Extra Brut - along with other great wines coming from all over Italy, will face the challenge, in a surprising eno-gastronomic happening. Among the experts, Giorgio Melandri of Gambero Rosso, Andrea Grignaffini of SpiritodiVino and Licia Granello of Repubblica.
