Giorgio Melandri, reputed journalist and Gourmet, and one of the curators of the Gambero Rosso guide, was among the firsts to write about CorteBianca. His tasting notes were presented in the occasion of the launch of our ExtraBrut back in 2011. He is back on the subject on the pages of, where - together with like-minded fellows such as Alessandro Bocchetti and Giulio Bagnale - he treat the argument of Italian food and wine in an unconventional way. His judgement - three years after launch -  is more than posive, as the title suggest.
