Together with other six great wines, CorteBianca entered the challenge to be awarded the "best match with pizza" prize.

- 4 (fabolous) pizzas prepared by the renown pizzeria "O'fiore mio" of Faenza (Italy)

- a first-class parterre of wine-and-food experts: Gianni Fabrizio, Licia Granello, Antonio Boco, Paolo Scarpellini,  Anna Morelli, Alessandro Bocchettini and Vincenzo Pagano.

- a score sheet to be filled with the best matches

- a winner

As expected, the prize has been won by Lambrusco, traditionally considered the best match with pizza. However, this has been the first "coming out" of CorteBianca, and seeing our young extra brut competing side by side with some of the most acclaimed and awarded wines around, has given us the idea of its potential and value.
