The new "guide to Restaurants" of the Sole 24 Ore newspaper, curated by the "Gastronauta" Davide Paolini, has been presented in Milan. The book is dedicated to the new trends and ideas in the Italian Cuisine's scene. Not just restaurants or the classic "Osterias" of our country, but rather the many places that offer a different way to approach the table. "Settenbrini", in Rome, is one of them. It has been awarded as the best "new format" of 2012. Paolini calls it "diffused restaurant": in a single square in the Prati area in Rome, one can find a restaurant, a coffee-shop and a bookshop, where one can stop for a snack, an "aperitivo", or a proper dinner. Or just purchase a book, food products, or order some catering.

The prize – a pack of bottles of CorteBianca ExtraBrut – was given to Marco Ledda, head of the Chain, by Marina Tonsi of CorteBianca, an equally young, fresh and dynamic reality, although in the world of the wine.
