Not the recipe of an unusual recipe. Rather the encounter between our ExtraBrut and one of the most reputed and loved Cuisine magazines. Some time ago we havebeen asked by the photographer Adriano Brusaferri and Sale&Pepe to offer our wine and house for a piece dedicated to the unusual matching between wine and one of the most loved Italian baked specialties: the "focaccia" in its many forms. The experience, interesting and also amusing, produced not only some great shots but also another nice results: "this very dry wine, thanks to its "nonchalance" and its exemplar versatility, makes even firmer the relationship between the focaccia base and its stuffing."
